Location: Must be based in Denmark or Sweden (Remote).

What you will do
- Report directly to the VP of International Sales and manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives.
- Drive, manage, and execute the business strategy and revenue targets for the sales team.
- Build a collaborative, high-performance environment and develop processes for AE onboarding and ramping.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, territory management plans, and growth strategies.
- Establish and report on key metrics to measure team performance.
- Drive alignment across marketing, customer success, BDR, and sales engineering teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience selling technical products, preferably in open source, DevOps, or security.
- 3+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives like revenue and pipeline targets.
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies and utilizing CSP marketplaces.
- Existing enterprise customer relationships in Northern Europe (Nordics/Benelux).
- Ability to travel as needed.
