TL;DR

Regional Director, Enterprise Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading and scaling a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive business and revenue in the Nordics with an accent on enterprise relationship management and technical solution selling. Focus on building high-performance sales processes, setting regional strategy, and ensuring cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in Denmark or Sweden (Remote).

What you will do

  • Report directly to the VP of International Sales and manage a team of 5-7 Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Drive, manage, and execute the business strategy and revenue targets for the sales team.
  • Build a collaborative, high-performance environment and develop processes for AE onboarding and ramping.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, territory management plans, and growth strategies.
  • Establish and report on key metrics to measure team performance.
  • Drive alignment across marketing, customer success, BDR, and sales engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience selling technical products, preferably in open source, DevOps, or security.
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing software sales teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives like revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies and utilizing CSP marketplaces.
  • Existing enterprise customer relationships in Northern Europe (Nordics/Benelux).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
