What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to articulate the value proposition and strategy of observability products.
• Own technical engagements and guide complex opportunities toward closure using advanced product knowledge.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and current customers.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using hirify.global technology.
• Contribute to internal knowledge by creating documentation, blog posts, and enablement materials.
• Provide critical product feedback to engineering and product management teams based on customer interactions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain
• Fluent in French
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales
• Ability to articulate technical advantages and value propositions effectively
• Strong judgment and leadership skills for managing complex technical assignments
• Technical mindset with a desire for continuous learning

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies or monitoring/metrics space
• Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC
