What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery to align customer goals with the platform solution.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver compelling value presentations.
  • Conduct deep-dive product evaluations and address technical requirements with customer stakeholders.
  • Manage complex RFP responses by leveraging expert knowledge of platform capabilities.
  • Navigate customer tech stacks, including authentication protocols and API integrations.
  • Stay current on the evolving Employee Experience landscape and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of web development methodologies, REST APIs, and user authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC).
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital workplace or communication technology verticals.
