TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Leading discovery and demo calls and closing deals for hirify.global's AI-powered business communication platform with an accent on articulating value propositions and high-velocity sales cycles. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving growth in Tier 1 markets.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, 4 days in-office required

Compensation: Uncapped Sales Bonuses

What you will do

  • Lead discovery and demo calls with inbound prospects qualified by SDRs.
  • Articulate hirify.global’s value proposition and deliver compelling demos.
  • Close deals for the Micro segment with MRR ranging from €200-€350 in high-velocity cycles.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, CSMs, RevOps, and Sales Engineers to create seamless sales processes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record as an AE or experienced SDR.
  • Experience in a high-velocity sales environment, focusing on volume and speed.
  • Solid discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and results.
  • Business fluency in English required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, voice tech, or contact center solutions.
  • Fluency in German, Spanish, French or Portuguese.
