Focus on building an exceptional candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers to refine role scopes, and elevating the company’s overall talent strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in France (remote-first with an office in Paris).

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles including Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Engineers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, refine job descriptions, and execute talent acquisition projects.
  • Utilize proactive outreach, talent mapping, and employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to the final offer stage.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve talent acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate with a geographically distributed team of Talent Acquisition professionals to meet hiring targets.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of in-house recruiting experience in hyper-growth technology companies.
  • Strong experience in sourcing and hiring technical talent with a focus on diversity.
  • Proven ability to screen for both technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruitment environment.
  • Must be located in France for remote-first work flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills to represent the company’s employer value proposition.

Nice to have

  • Experience with employer branding projects and data analytics.
  • Previous background in high-growth SaaS environments.

  • Initial phone screen with the Talent Acquisition Director and discovery meeting with the CPO.
  • Case study assessment followed by a clarification meeting with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Culture-fit interview with the VP of Engineering and reference checks.
