Salary: $44,000 - $58,500 annually

What you will do
- Identify, engage, and nurture leads to maximize trial conversion rates.
- Align platform solutions to specific customer goals and business needs.
- Conduct consultative software demos via Zoom and provide technical guidance during the trial phase.
- Manage customer relationships through multiple communication channels including phone, SMS, email, and live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges and implement effective growth strategies.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Must be based in the United States.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales development, or technical sales roles.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex software concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-performance environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and social media tools.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in SaaS or marketing technology environments.
- Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and social media platforms.
