TL;DR

Salary: $44,000 - $58,500 annually

What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and nurture leads to maximize trial conversion rates.
  • Align platform solutions to specific customer goals and business needs.
  • Conduct consultative software demos via Zoom and provide technical guidance during the trial phase.
  • Manage customer relationships through multiple communication channels including phone, SMS, email, and live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges and implement effective growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales development, or technical sales roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex software concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-performance environment.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, and social media tools.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or marketing technology environments.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and social media platforms.
