Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany. The role follows a hybrid work policy with 2 office days per week required.

What you will do

• Support account managers with onboarding and background operations to ensure data accuracy.
• Address customer queries and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Extract and transform data into actionable insights for the business.
• Contribute to special campaigns aimed at boosting customer performance and satisfaction.
• Assist sales representatives with backend administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Degree in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Near-native German and fluent English skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Genuine interest in data analysis and numerical insights.
• Proactive, curious, and empathetic mindset.
• No previous experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
