What you will do

  • Manage and strategically expand relationships with High Tech customer accounts.
  • Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to consistently deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and map them to the capabilities of hirify.global’s communications API platform.
  • Serve on a cross-functional account team with representatives from product, finance, partners, support, and services teams.
  • Run a disciplined forecast, consistently achieve goals, and present guidance to executive management.

Requirements

  • Possess 5 years of sales experience, with 1 year dedicated to major account or strategic sales of complex technical solutions.
  • Accountable for net revenue retention and growth, relationship management, cross sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding quota and managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global ecosystem of Tools: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, Looker, Tableau, G-Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling API based solutions.
  • Deep experience working with telecom companies, including SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms (CPaaS or PaaS).
  • Domain expertise from a highly quantitative industry such as DevOps, Fintech, advertising optimization, investment banking, security or commodity trading especially in non-standard segments.
  • Software, SaaS, CPaas or PaaS selling experience.
