What you will do
- Define and lead 's global social media strategy in partnership with the digital marketing leadership team.
- Develop, manage, and scale global executive social media, influencer, and brand advocacy programs to amplify the strategic narrative and drive measurable ROI.
- Direct the content strategy across all social channels, overseeing asset collaboration, and setting global standards for community management and brand voice.
- Define social KPIs, leading the monitoring and optimization of content while directing the analysis of social data to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage the global social editorial calendar and integrated campaigns, ensuring global-to-local consistency while mentoring the social media team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive experience managing social media and community platforms for a global brand.
- Proven success in developing and executing major programs, including Influencer Marketing and Executive Social Media Programs.
- Expertise in multi-channel social marketing strategies and hands-on experience with advanced platforms like Sprinklr.
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external agency relationships and lead programs within a globally-led, matrixed organization.
- Strong background in editorial planning and content strategy with a proven ability to use complex social data for high-level decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience leading global localization efforts for social content.
- Deep experience working in SaaS and cybersecurity technologies.
- Advanced understanding of how paid and organic social strategies are integrated for maximum impact.
