Salary: $185k to $205k, in addition to a bonus structure

What you will do

• Develop, lead, and optimize the comprehensive demand generation strategy in close partnership with sales and partner teams.
• Drive demand generation directly and via partners.
• Develop programs that accelerate growth and enable partners to amplify hirify.global’s presence across North America.
• Formulate partner marketing strategy, enhancing hirify.global’s presence within the partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to adapt and activate global programs for local markets.
• Establish and supervise an effective AMS marketing team offering guidance and career advancement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through collaboration, innovation, and execution of joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including significant time in field and partner/channel marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, web analytics, and CRM tools.
