What you will do
- Lead end-to-end brand management for large-scale event deliverables, ensuring all creative work is on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Translate event goals into clear, actionable creative briefs for design and motion teams.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional resourcing to maintain a steady, high-performance workflow.
- Serve as the primary bridge between internal creative teams and external vendors or agencies.
- Oversee proofing, approval processes, and final delivery of high-stakes brand assets.
- Drive innovation by integrating AI and new tools into production workflows to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, creative project management, or agency operations within high-performance environments.
- US-based work authorization and ability to operate within US time zones.
- Deep expertise in managing production workflows from initial concept through to final execution.
- Proven ability to manage creative outputs across digital, print, web, and experiential formats.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a history of driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- High level of comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
