What you will do

  • Build and scale signal-based outbound motions to generate net-new pipeline through rapid experimentation.
  • Architect developer-led growth systems that translate product and community intent into structured conversion pathways.
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales Development, and Performance Marketing to segment and nurture the database.
  • Implement AI-driven automation to improve lead conversion and funnel efficiency.
  • Draft clear, technical, and persuasive email copy targeted at security professionals and developers.
  • Diagnose funnel inefficiencies and implement data-backed experiments to improve downstream impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven experience in building scalable growth engines and repeatable outbound processes.
  • Technical fluency with the ability to communicate effectively to developers and security teams.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on pipeline, acquisition, and revenue outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
