Salary: $108,000–$127,000

What you will do
- Manage daily engagement and community responsiveness across LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Produce short-form video content including TikToks, Reels, and Shorts with a bias for speed and trends.
- Execute the organic social media calendar and assist with cross-functional campaign support.
- Drive brand growth through real-time participation in industry conversations on X.
- Coordinate employee amplification and create internal post kits for key announcements.
- Collaborate with teams to translate high-level goals into platform-native, meme-able, and on-brand content.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Strong social-native instincts and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice in real-time interactions.
- Deep familiarity with content dynamics and growth algorithms on X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proven experience in short-form video editing and production.
- Expertise in punchy, platform-aware social copywriting.
- High responsiveness and ability to execute projects rapidly.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and workflow efficiency.
- Knowledge of tools such as Sprout Social, Canva, and Splice.
- Experience building or managing newsletter cadences.
