Location: Hybrid role based in our San Francisco office, with an expectation of being onsite 3 days per week.

Salary: $99,450 - $125,000

What you will do

• Own day-to-day recruiting systems operations, focusing on scheduling with GoodTime.
• Act as first-line support for troubleshooting issues in GoodTime, Greenhouse, and integrations.
• Manage and optimize GoodTime scheduling workflows, partnering with recruiters.
• Partner with the People team to evaluate, roll out, and document new tools, features, and process changes.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, guides, and training for recruiters and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Coordination.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and partner with vendors/IT to drive them to resolution.
• Strong systems thinking and comfort working with workflows, automations, permissions, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset.
