What you will do

  • Launch and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks.
  • Manage and allocate monthly six-figure marketing budgets to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and sales teams to align paid strategies with pipeline goals.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages to refine bidding strategies.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and assets in partnership with graphic design and product marketing teams.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and present actionable optimization insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads at scale with measurable impact.
  • Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
  • Practical knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage high-level budgets and translate complex data into clear revenue impact reports.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
