Location: Hybrid (Raleigh, New York City, or Austin)

Compensation: $145,000–$165,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end integrated marketing program for the customer lifecycle, from strategy to multi-channel execution.
  • Build and optimize nurture programs, triggered campaigns, and segment-specific plays to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product launches and roadmap milestones into compelling, persona-based campaigns.
  • Align marketing activities with Customer Success and Sales to manage renewal timelines and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop executive engagement programs such as roundtables and advisory councils for key accounts.
  • Establish measurement frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for regional marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing or marketing programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns targeting existing customers.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Pardot/Account Engagement, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Strong background in using customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle signals for targeting.
  • Experience running executive-level engagement programs like advisory councils or briefings.
  • Analytics acumen with the ability to optimize funnel performance and report on ROI.
