What you will do
- Own the end-to-end integrated marketing program for the customer lifecycle, from strategy to multi-channel execution.
- Build and optimize nurture programs, triggered campaigns, and segment-specific plays to drive engagement and adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product launches and roadmap milestones into compelling, persona-based campaigns.
- Align marketing activities with Customer Success and Sales to manage renewal timelines and expansion opportunities.
- Develop executive engagement programs such as roundtables and advisory councils for key accounts.
- Establish measurement frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for regional marketing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing or marketing programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel campaigns targeting existing customers.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Pardot/Account Engagement, Salesforce, or Marketo.
- Strong background in using customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle signals for targeting.
- Experience running executive-level engagement programs like advisory councils or briefings.
- Analytics acumen with the ability to optimize funnel performance and report on ROI.
