Location: Hybrid role based in our Burnaby, BC office.

is a technology company dedicated to helping utilities modernize their distribution grids by harnessing the power of data across all their devices and systems deployed throughout the entire distribution grid – from the substation to the EV charger located behind the meter.
What you will do
- Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and support team effectiveness.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing timely and practical guidance on People & Culture programs and policies.
- Own the execution of core People & Culture processes, ensuring on-time delivery with accuracy and consistency.
- Support performance management, talent reviews, development planning, and onboarding.
- Support workforce planning by identifying capability needs aligned to business priorities.
- Support engagement initiatives and ensure action plans are clearly defined and executed.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and advisor work.
- Experience supporting both leaders and employees in a growing or evolving organization.
- Strong execution and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at a team level.
- Experience working with HR systems and maintaining data integrity.
- Solid understanding of employment practices and legislation in Canada, with exposure to the United States considered an asset.
