What you will do

• Manage the entire project lifecycle by developing project charters, planning activities, and tracking milestones to closure.
• Provide management-level visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and information to ensure transparency.
• Develop and refine processes, program templates, and documentation to scale the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between system engineers, sales, and product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Effectively utilize project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and dashboards to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in networking, cloud operations, infrastructure, or data center technologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with VP-level stakeholders and navigate executive-level communications.
• Experience working collaboratively across organizations with strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
• Active U.S. citizenship

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, FedRAMP High, or DoD IL5 compliance authorizations.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Proven track record of influencing without direct authority at senior levels in innovative engineering environments.
