Salary: $140,000 $200,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage the entire project lifecycle by developing project charters, planning activities, and tracking milestones to closure.
- Provide management-level visibility and reporting on project status, risks, and information to ensure transparency.
- Develop and refine processes, program templates, and documentation to scale the organization.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between system engineers, sales, and product teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Effectively utilize project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and dashboards to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical program management experience in networking, cloud operations, infrastructure, or data center technologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with VP-level stakeholders and navigate executive-level communications.
- Experience working collaboratively across organizations with strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
- Active U.S. citizenship
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of ISO 27001, FedRAMP High, or DoD IL5 compliance authorizations.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Proven track record of influencing without direct authority at senior levels in innovative engineering environments.
