What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution for Libraries programs, including intake, prioritization, and dependency tracking.
- Design and improve scalable processes for package and library builds that can be reproduced across ecosystems.
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, and technical constraints across Engineering, Product, and Security departments.
- Manage risks, blockers, and tradeoffs, communicating status clearly to engineering and leadership stakeholders.
- Lead capacity planning and forecasting to support parallel initiatives and evolving demand.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve library coverage and reduce systemic friction.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant technical field.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience with software development best practices and process improvements.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-team initiatives and managing complex project lifecycles.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree, Ph.D., or equivalent advanced experience in a technical field.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a security-focused environment.
