What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution for L3 Engineering escalations and customer support metrics.
- Design and improve technical support processes for scalable and reliable delivery across library ecosystems.
- Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure to align priorities and technical constraints.
- Drive capacity planning and forecasting for parallel initiatives and shifting demands.
- Identify and manage project risks, blockers, and trade-offs through clear stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive library coverage and reduce systemic friction.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience with software development best practices, tooling, and process improvements for cross-team initiatives.
