TL;DR

Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution for L3 Engineering escalations and customer support metrics.
  • Design and improve technical support processes for scalable and reliable delivery across library ecosystems.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure to align priorities and technical constraints.
  • Drive capacity planning and forecasting for parallel initiatives and shifting demands.
  • Identify and manage project risks, blockers, and trade-offs through clear stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive library coverage and reduce systemic friction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience with software development best practices, tooling, and process improvements for cross-team initiatives.
