Salary: $180,000 to $272,000/year

What you will do

• Develop and lead strategic programs that support company-wide goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Track and report on progress, monitor project milestones, and escalate issues.
• Manage program cost/budgets and identify and mitigate potential risks/issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of program management methodologies and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project coordinators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
• Five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience in project management or a related role within the technology field.
• Experience leading and delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with data analytics resourcing and building data analytics reports.
• Experience managing technical implementations and working with senior executives.
• Experience with SaaS, Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Asana, and Confluence.
