What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end remediation validation process for penetration test findings using Jira.
• Coordinate third-party penetration testing engagements from scoping to final closure.
• Perform quality assurance on penetration test reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with program standards.
• Maintain and update security findings in tracking platforms while identifying blockers and escalating delays.
• Prepare and distribute recurring metrics and performance reports for leadership stakeholders.
• Drive continuous process improvement across program workflows and operational standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security program management, penetration testing operations, or vulnerability management.
• Strong familiarity with Jira or similar enterprise workflow tracking systems.
• Solid understanding of offensive security concepts, industry standards, and frameworks such as OWASP or NIST.
• Ability to drive accountability and maintain consistency across engineering, security, and vendor teams.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
