Salary: $130,000–$140,000/yr

What you will do

• Manage enterprise-level, product-related initiatives from inception through successful launch.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability across product, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans, ensuring timelines and business goals are met.
• Conduct proactive risk management and scenario planning to develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Track program performance via key metrics and report status to senior executive stakeholders.
• Act as a cross-functional partner to facilitate technical discussions and drive product goal-setting processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing large cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Communications (or relevant certification like PMP/Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and product lifecycle development processes.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across departments.
• Proficiency with Agile software development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools for productivity enhancement.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
