Client Director (Healthcare, Life Sciences, Global Financial Markets): Owning the full commercial lifecycle across a defined industry, selling ’s enterprise digital platform, Talent Suite, and portfolio of solutions. Focus on generating pipeline, opening doors, and expanding relationships within existing accounts.

What you will do
- Own full-cycle sales execution across new and existing accounts, including territory planning, prospecting, deal strategy, negotiation, and close.
- Develop multi-stakeholder relationships across client organizations to broaden engagement, access new buying centers, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Grow account value by identifying new use cases and building multi-year, multi-solution platform partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, leading enterprise-level conversations focused on integrated workforce transformation.
- Partner closely with advisory consultants and sector leaders to drive cross-solution collaboration across Digital and Consulting.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account plans through effective use of CRM and sales tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in complex business environments, with a strong track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise HR technology platforms or portfolios into large, complex organizations; HR tech experience is a required.
- Experience selling to CHROs, Heads of Talent, and other senior HR leaders in large, global organizations.
- Strong preference for candidates that have experience selling into companies within the Healthcare, Life Sciences and / or Global Financial Markets.
- Demonstrated ability to hunt and open new enterprise accounts; takes initiative, drives momentum, and creates urgency in the sales cycle.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills; builds trust and credibility across internal and external stakeholders.

- An advanced degree in business or in a similar field is a plus.
