What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to define hiring requirements and create tailored recruitment plans for each role.
• Manage the end-to-end selection process, including drafting job descriptions and launching marketing campaigns.
• Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Perform thorough candidate pre-screening aligned with global recruitment standards.
• Provide weekly reports to hiring managers tracking key recruiting metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the global TA team to exchange best practices and improve attraction methods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical and non-technical talent acquisition, either in-house or agency.
• Demonstrable experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, changing environment.
