TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HR): Supporting the hiring of exceptional talent across the tech organization, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Data with an accent on recruiting coordination and candidate experience. Focus on maintaining interview pools, contributing to process improvement initiatives, and ensuring data hygiene in the ATS.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of 's hubs, relocation from anywhere in the world is possible.

What you will do
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to schedule and coordinate interviews using the ATS (Ashby).
- Own candidate communications throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and clear touchpoints.
- Maintain and update Interview Pools, ensuring interviewer availability and calibration records are accurate.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the TA team, documenting and refining processes.
- Support data hygiene and reporting in Ashby to enable better hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or a role that requires similar skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with an interest in making things work better.
- Collaborative by nature, enjoying working across teams and building relationships.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby is a plus) or similar systems (HRIS, CRMs, or ERPs).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Metaview or other AI-assisted interview tools.
- Experience coordinating hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Data).
- Previous involvement in TA ops projects: process documentation, interviewer training, or tooling rollouts.
