What you will do

• Execute proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate technical fit and alignment with company values.
• Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and talent hubs to expand the talent pipeline.
• Manage candidate communications and processes within the ATS (Teamtailor) to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Collaborate with the People team to support onboarding activities for new hires.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Sant Cugat del Vallès
• Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency required
• Solid level of English proficiency required
• Around 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Resilience and ambition to grow in a fast-paced environment
