What you will do
- Execute proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized tools.
- Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate technical fit and alignment with company values.
- Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and talent hubs to expand the talent pipeline.
- Manage candidate communications and processes within the ATS (Teamtailor) to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Collaborate with the People team to support onboarding activities for new hires.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite in Sant Cugat del Vallès
- Native or bilingual Spanish proficiency required
- Solid level of English proficiency required
- Around 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Resilience and ambition to grow in a fast-paced environment
