Focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing project risks, and providing value-added reporting to clients.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Perai, Penang and 2 days WFH

What you will do

• Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions.
• Manage projects end to end, ensuring quality assurance on recruitment activities and attainment of project deliverables.
• Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders through effective expectation setting and management of client communications.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
• Prepare and actively participate in project reviews with clients and senior management.
• Ensure all systems are updated on a timely basis by the delivery project team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in RPO or internal recruitment with a global organization.
• Prior experience in hiring for Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven leadership experience with developed coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility in a fast-moving environment.
