What you will do

  • Lead and manage the APAC Talent Acquisition team, tracking performance against hiring targets via dashboards.
  • Establish and lead the APAC Talent Attraction Shared Services Center (SSC), defining its operating model and performance standards.
  • Drive the centralization and standardization of recruitment delivery across the APAC region.
  • Act as the primary stakeholder interface for business leaders, HRBPs, and global TA leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the global Communications team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.
  • Proven experience in Shared Services or centralized recruitment models within international matrix organizations.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong track record in active sourcing and managing complex, international hiring processes.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CMS, and HR systems, specifically Workday.
