What you will do
- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Maintain accurate data within the ATS and ensure high standards of documentation and governance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Support mobility, visa, and immigration processes by tracking documentation and timelines.
- Manage job advertisements, recruitment materials, and template governance.
- Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and continuous improvement of recruitment SOPs.
Requirements
- Vocational training or comparable qualification in HR, administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a coordination role, ideally within HR Operations or Talent Attraction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.
- Solid understanding of HR administration, recruitment processes, and ATS systems.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Malaysian is a plus.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and labor law compliance.
