Location: Penang, Malaysia (Onsite 4x per week)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for operators, technicians, engineers, and corporate functions across Malaysia, Singapore, and other APAC markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and timelines aligned with business needs.
• Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, referrals, and local market networks.
• Coordinate interview processes and candidate assessments to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to support high-volume and direct labor hiring.
• Lead employer branding activities, campus recruitment, and early career programs in coordination with global TA and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, engineering, or corporate functions.
• Experience recruiting in the Malaysian market; exposure to Singapore or broader APAC markets is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
• Location: Must be based in Penang, Malaysia and able to work onsite 4 days per week.

• Deep understanding of local hiring practices and regulations across multiple APAC countries.
