Location: Hybrid (approximately 3 days onsite per week in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
- Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to define workforce plans, requirements, and timelines.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates against technical and operational requirements to ensure strong pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers on interview coordination, hiring decisions, and offer recommendations.
- Ensure hiring outcomes align with agreed service levels and time-to-fill targets.
Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong direct sourcing capabilities and familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms.
- English: Professional proficiency required for day-to-day communication with stakeholders.
- Mandarin: Required for candidate engagement and stakeholder interactions in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles in engineering or manufacturing is highly advantageous.

- Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regional APAC environments.
- Background in agency recruitment.
- Specific exposure to recruitment in the Chinese market.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and digital recruitment platforms.
