What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to define workforce plans, requirements, and timelines.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates against technical and operational requirements to ensure strong pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers on interview coordination, hiring decisions, and offer recommendations.
• Ensure hiring outcomes align with agreed service levels and time-to-fill targets.

Requirements

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities and familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms.
• English: Professional proficiency required for day-to-day communication with stakeholders.
• Mandarin: Required for candidate engagement and stakeholder interactions in Mandarin-speaking markets.
• Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles in engineering or manufacturing is highly advantageous.

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regional APAC environments.
• Background in agency recruitment.
• Specific exposure to recruitment in the Chinese market.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and digital recruitment platforms.
