TL;DR
Senior Events & Community Specialist (Fintech): Owns the end-to-end execution of events and helps build systems and programs that enable the events strategy to scale. Focus on designing and delivering experiences that engage partners and contribute to pipeline, retention, and long-term revenue growth.
Location: Must be able to work events in different cities within the United States
Salary: $97,200 - $118,800 CAD

What you will do
- Own logistics and execution for ’s presence at key industry events, including booth management, vendor coordination, and on-site activation.
- Support and maintain ’s event playbook, helping build frameworks that enable other teams to activate independently at events across the US.
- Assist in developing and executing community content and programs that deepen relationships with ’s most valuable partners.
- Manage event measurement, post-event reporting, and event budgets.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working in event marketing, field marketing, or community.
- Strong project management skills to run multiple events simultaneously and keep stakeholders informed.
- Clear communicator and strong cross-functional partner who can collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and operations.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar MAP/CRM tools is a plus.
- Must have an affinity for travelling and are eager to work events in different cities within the United States
Nice to have
- Experience working in or alongside the accounting and bookkeeping community, SMB ecosystem, or influencer marketing.
- Experience creating integrated campaigns that scale.
- Experience working in a fast-growing company where processes and programs were still being defined.
