What you will do
- Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns for lead nurture, product updates, and prospect/customer engagement.
- Write and refine high-performing email copy, adapting tone and messaging by persona, industry, funnel stage, and region.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, preview text, copy, CTAs, and timing to improve email performance.
- Implement end-to-end campaigns using marketing automation platforms (Pardot/Account Engagement, HubSpot).
- Analyze and share performance metrics (open rates, CTR, CVR, MQL, pipeline impact) frequently.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and industry best-practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in email, lifecycle, or marketing operations roles.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Account Engagement, Pardot, HubSpot).
- Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused email copy.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, nurture programs, and B2B buying journeys.
- Experience testing and iterating on copy using data and insights.
- Ability to translate metrics into a story and share insights positioning email campaigns as an impactful channel.
