Salary: $115,100 - $143,900 USD

What you will do

  • Build a strategy and execute against it to hit acquisition goals for marketing and sales.
  • Consider the full customer experience, building GTM initiatives that leverage jobs-to-be-done messaging for our unique personas.
  • Leverage a data-driven approach.
  • Generate top-of-funnel lead and MQL pipeline, opportunities for sales, and ultimately closed-won deals.
  • Communicate with many other marketing functions, such as creative, web, digital marketing, events, product marketing, as well as sales and operations teams.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of work experience in a marketing or technology-related organization.
  • Strong B2B Marketing experience.
  • Excellent understanding of pipeline management and sales metrics.
  • Extensive experience working with B2B SDRs or direct sales teams.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong experience conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales pipeline from start to finish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce - how to navigate Salesforce, build reports to track campaign performance, understand how to review lead, contact, campaign, opportunity records.

Nice to have

  • Good experience with Google Suite, Tableau, 6sense, Clay, Inflection, or MadKudu is a plus.
