What you will do

• Oversee global revenue recognition processes in compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close processes, ensuring audit readiness.
• Manage revenue-related configurations and reporting within NetSuite.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to drive system automation and integrations.
• Provide revenue insights and analytics to leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop the revenue accounting team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, or Sweden.
• CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional certification.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years focused on revenue accounting.
• Deep technical expertise in ASC 606 / IFRS 15.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite revenue modules.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with usage-based or consumption revenue models.
• Prior experience with Salesforce and billing platform integrations.
• Experience operating across multiple global jurisdictions.
