What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturer clients, providing exceptional customer service and account oversight.
• Analyze and present monthly program metrics to demonstrate ROI and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with Sales to identify and execute upselling and organic account growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, and Product Management to build tailored solutions.
• Facilitate the regulatory review submission process (MLR/PRC) for client programs.
• Create visual program examples and manage project delivery within the enterprise CMS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical client or account management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in relationship management, communication, and attention to detail.
• Experience with pharmaceutical regulatory review processes (MLR/PRC).
• Demonstrated ability to apply data and analytics to business value propositions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management platforms such as Jira or Asana.
