Location: Must be based in the US with requirement for onsite presence as needed and client travel.

Salary: $85,000–$90,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for assigned accounts, building strong partnerships from sale to execution.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Project Management to ensure high-quality, error-free launches.
  • Prepare client communications, including status reports, contact reports, and MLR meeting documentation.
  • Articulate the value of Medscape products and drive revenue delivery goals.
  • Analyze and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and speed to market.
  • Travel as required to maintain client relationships and provide on-site support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management required.
  • Minimum 5 years of combined digital, agency, and healthcare experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with ability to pivot in deadline-driven environments.
  • Expertise in project management and timeline execution.
