What you will do
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for assigned accounts, building strong partnerships from sale to execution.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Project Management to ensure high-quality, error-free launches.
- Prepare client communications, including status reports, contact reports, and MLR meeting documentation.
- Articulate the value of Medscape products and drive revenue delivery goals.
- Analyze and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and speed to market.
- Travel as required to maintain client relationships and provide on-site support.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management required.
- Minimum 5 years of combined digital, agency, and healthcare experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with ability to pivot in deadline-driven environments.
- Expertise in project management and timeline execution.
