Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams.
• Coach team members on estimation, definition of done, and sprint planning processes.
• Identify and remove impediments to help teams meet sprint goals effectively.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within and across teams.
• Partner with product owners to refine and prioritize backlogs according to business objectives.
• Track and share performance metrics and insights with stakeholders to improve delivery flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IT delivery, specifically as a Scrum Master or similar leadership role.
• Experience working directly with Salesforce development teams.
• Strong command of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Must be based in the United States due to role-specific employment and benefit requirements.

Nice to have

• PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certification.
• Salesforce certification.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
