What you will do

• Guide 2–3 Scrum teams in applying Agile and Scrum principles effectively.
• Coach team members on self-management, cross-functionality, and accountability.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinements, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track team metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, predictability).
• Remove impediments and escalate issues that impact delivery timelines.
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices and experimentation with new frameworks.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Proven success supporting multiple Scrum teams in a scaled environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Technical & development skills
• Certified Scrum Master
• Relevant certifications: CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM II/III, SAFe SSM/SA/POPM.
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-native engineering environments.
