Salary: San Jose pay range $159,400 - $191,200 USD; Draper UT pay range $135,500 - $162,500 USD

What you will do

• Manage a team of engineers and analysts to implement automation and AI projects.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and RPA solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and AI-driven innovation.
• Partner with business units to identify automation opportunities, prioritizing projects based on ROI.
• Establish a comprehensive testing framework and ensure all deliverables align with governance and change management.
• Recommend improvements including business process changes, system configurations, and the deployment of autonomous agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in automation delivery, with 2+ years specifically in Automation Anywhere RPA platform.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents to automate manual processes, with knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strong operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks including Salesforce, NetSuite, and related business applications.
• Demonstrated experience using Agile frameworks and change management to drive complex projects to completion.
