What you will do

• Support Scrum teams in daily operations while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and effective meeting facilitation.
• Design, implement, and refine Agile processes tailored to team and organizational needs.
• Remove operational obstacles and foster a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Coach development teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters to grow their Agile competencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to maintain project transparency and drive successful Agile adoption.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, managing multiple teams simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and their practical application in large-scale projects.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II/III, CSP-SM).
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience in mentoring teams and conducting team workshops.
