What you will do

• Manage IT project and portfolio intake, prioritization, and delivery using Jira.
• Partner with business units to identify and execute automation and AI project opportunities.
• Oversee project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget tracking for concurrent initiatives.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Create ROI analyses and performance dashboards to track portfolio health and automation adoption.
• Develop project management standards, best practices, and change management strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, business systems, or tech consulting.
• Expertise in Jira for portfolio management, dashboards, and custom reporting.
• Proven experience delivering complex technical projects within budget and on time.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, SaaS ecosystems, and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Professional certification such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of middleware platforms like Make or Zapier.
