What you will do
- Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedules for enterprise-level client implementations.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal project stakeholders.
- Drive the execution of high-quality AI and digital service solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Facilitate status meetings and lead presentations for requirements, design, and user acceptance testing sessions.
- Execute the role of Agile Scrum Master, guiding software development lifecycles for complex systems.
- Coordinate IT project teams to ensure business requirements are integrated into design and data specifications.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of project management experience with custom development or packaged software on the Salesforce platform.
- Proven experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong background in applying Agile methodologies and serving as a Scrum lead.
- Experience with project estimation, sizing, and contract management (SOW/Change Orders).
- Certified Salesforce Admin with active Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
Nice to have
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
