What you will do

• Support product roadmap execution and ensure alignment across engineering and platform teams.
• Track product initiative timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics and impact.
• Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, and the team operating cadence.
• Identify and implement improvements to operational workflows and documentation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and transparency within the product organization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven experience building operational dashboards and metrics.
• Deep familiarity with product development lifecycles, including Agile and sprint planning.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
• US Applicants: Must have a legal right to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Portugal Applicants: Must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
