What you will do

  • Lead and scale the Business Development and Channel Partnerships strategy.
  • Define growth objectives and report performance metrics to the executive team and Board.
  • Identify and negotiate high-value enterprise business deals for training services.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to inform portfolio roadmap and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key agile transformation stakeholders.
  • Manage enterprise accounts and provide after-sales support to identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks, and enterprise application.
  • Proven track record in successful enterprise customer acquisition and partnership management.
  • Strategic mindset with exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Learning & Development or Edtech industry.
  • Prior experience within the agile certifications and training space.
  • Proficiency in CRM and advanced sales enablement tools.
