What you will do
- Lead and scale the Business Development and Channel Partnerships strategy.
- Define growth objectives and report performance metrics to the executive team and Board.
- Identify and negotiate high-value enterprise business deals for training services.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to inform portfolio roadmap and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key agile transformation stakeholders.
- Manage enterprise accounts and provide after-sales support to identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
- At least 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks, and enterprise application.
- Proven track record in successful enterprise customer acquisition and partnership management.
- Strategic mindset with exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

- Experience in the Learning & Development or Edtech industry.
- Prior experience within the agile certifications and training space.
- Proficiency in CRM and advanced sales enablement tools.
