What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to the CPTO to simplify decision-making and streamline daily operations.
• Design and maintain the leadership operating rhythm, including agendas for forums and offsites.
• Own executive communications by drafting presentations, stakeholder updates, and strategic briefings.
• Implement and manage governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms to track top priorities and risks.
• Align cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, AI, and R&D to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives from definition through successful delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, strategy, or engineering leadership.
• Proven experience supporting C-level executives as Chief of Staff or Head of Operations.
• Expertise in designing executive meeting cadences and governance frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level engagement.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Comfort working in highly ambiguous, fast-paced technical environments.

• Background in product, software engineering, data, or AI organizations.
• Direct experience managing OKR programs and enterprise-level program governance.
