What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies for global ERP transformation projects.
• Define and implement human-centric change methods and tools to drive adoption across the organization.
• Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide actionable insights to the Steering Committee.
• Identify potential risks and barriers to adoption while implementing corrective strategies.
• Lead organizational transformation programs by coaching stakeholders and fostering a supportive change environment.
• Align ERP rollout stages with people-centric organizational development goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (required)
• Relevant academic background in Business, Psychology, or Organizational Management
• Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, or HR process management
• Proven record in leading transformation initiatives and organizational change programs
• Strong proficiency in agile ways of working and adaptive approaches
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching abilities
