Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York, NY, USA (Hybrid role: 2 days/week on-site required)

What you will do
- Deliver client-facing reporting and analytics for QBRs, renewals, and expansion efforts.
- Translate complex and ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable metrics and insights.
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards to empower stakeholder self-service.
- Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in partnership with Data/Analytics Engineering.
- Support operational analytics for billing, eligibility, and program performance.
- Drive scalability through data standardization, documentation, and automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business or data analytics within healthcare, benefits, or B2B SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in SQL including joins, aggregations, window functions, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Looker or equivalent BI tools.
- Proven ability to communicate methodologies and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with Jira or similar ticketing tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare data concepts like eligibility, enrollment, or claims.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks such as dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Prior experience supporting Sales or Client Success workflows.
