Salary: $82,160 to $102,700 USD + bonus

What you will do

• Compile monthly churn forecasts and deliver weekly customer satisfaction reporting.
• Maintain templates and documentation for standardized account transitions and client lifecycle management.
• Track contingent revenue and lead the monthly cost and utilization reporting cycle.
• Serve as Wrike administrator and support integrations across Wrike, Salesforce, and Jira.
• Partner with leaders to continuously improve workflows and implement process and system improvements.
• Actively seek and test opportunities to leverage AI across the organization.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles.
• Strong operational project management skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and experience with Wrike, Salesforce, Jira, Looker, and Tableau.
• Ability to ask strategic questions and drive accountability across teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
